Stage 1: Evaluate and add inputs into the Clients Glycol Heat Tracing Specification
Stage 2: Pipe-rack Module Glycol Heat Tracing Deliverables:
- Glycol Tracing General Arrangement Drawings
- Glycol tracing Isometrics
- Manifold Location Drawings
- Tracing schedules
- P&ID and LDT updates
Stage 3: Stick Built and EQM Glycol Heat Tracing Deliverables:
- Glycol tracing Isometrics
- Manifold Location Drawings
- Tracing schedules
- P&ID and LDT updates
Tekarra Projects was contracted to produce the Glycol Tracing design during the during the construction stage of the project. The project was executed as a Lump sum contract.
The Project Execution strategy of the project was to issue drawings to allow for the installation of the glycol tubing following the construction sequence while minimizing the disruption to the fabrication schedule. This strategy allowed for minimal disruption to module fabrication at the expense engineering efficiency.
The project was executed on time and on budget.
